It came from us. We look up houses we'd like to buy in public county property records and send the owner one short text asking whether they'd consider an offer. Every text is written and sent by a real person on our team. Some people say yes, most don't, and either answer is fine.

How buying works

  1. You tell us about the house

    The address, its condition, and what you're hoping to get for it. An email or the form below is enough to start.

  2. We look at it

    From county records and photos you send, or a visit at a time that works for you.

  3. We send a written offer

    A purchase price and a proposed closing date, in writing, for the house as it sits. Take whatever time you need with it.

  4. We close at a title company

    If you accept, we sign a standard Texas purchase contract. The title company handles the paperwork and you're paid at closing.

Stone Fork Home Partners LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not represent sellers or buyers. We buy houses for our own account, and we may assign a purchase contract to another buyer before closing; if we do, we disclose that to the buyer in writing.
