Who we are
This website is run by Stone Fork Home Partners LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). We buy houses in the Dallas–Fort Worth area directly from owners. By using this site, emailing us, sending the contact form, or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This site describes how we buy houses and gives you a way to contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to buy any specific property. Any real offer from us will be in writing and will state a price, a closing date, and every condition.
We are not lawyers, accountants, or financial advisors, and nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice. Please talk to your own advisors before selling a house.
Not a real estate brokerage
Stone Fork Home Partners LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not act as an agent for sellers or buyers. We buy houses for our own account. We may assign a purchase contract to another buyer before closing; when we do, we disclose the nature of our interest to that buyer in writing, as Texas law requires.
Information you send us
When you give us information about yourself or a property, you confirm it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We may use it to look into the property and to contact you about it. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Text-message program
Program name: Stone Fork Home Partners text messages.
What we send: conversational text messages about buying your house — questions about the property, written offers, scheduling, and follow-up.
How you opt in: by checking the text-message box on our contact form, by texting us first, or by telling us you'd like to be texted.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message, or reply in plain words that you don't want to hear from us. We'll stop within 24 hours and won't text you again.

Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Stone Fork Home Partners LLC is not liable for any loss or damage from using this site or relying on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
