SMS terms

Effective September 11, 2026

These terms cover text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Stone Fork Home Partners LLC ("Stone Fork," "we," or "us"). By texting us, giving us your number, or checking the text-message box on our website form, you agree to them.

What we text about

Our messages are about buying residential property in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They may include:

• Replies to a text, call, or form you sent us.
• Follow-up about a property you asked us about or we offered on.
• Appointment, inspection, contract, and closing updates if we agree on a sale.
• A short message asking whether you would consider an offer on a property you own. We find these properties in publicly available county records.

We do not send promotions, coupons, or messages on behalf of anyone else.

How often

Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. If you have not replied, we send no more than three messages about a given property, and then we stop.

Cost

We never charge for messages. Your mobile carrier may. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation and nothing further. You can also just tell us in plain words ("please don't text me," "wrong number," "not interested") and we will treat it the same way. Either request is added to our do-not-contact list, which we keep permanently and check before every message.

If you asked us to stop and hear from us again, email ace@stoneforkhomepartners.com and we will fix it.

Your number and your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our privacy policy explains the rest.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for any purpose other than sending you our text messages.

Carriers

Messages are sent over U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier filtering, network conditions, or your device.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
